Good to know

Questions & answers

A few things to know before our laid-back celebration.

What time should we arrive?

Doors open at 4:00 PM, with a short ceremony shortly afterward.

Will this be a traditional wedding reception?

Nope! It's a brewery-style celebration with small bites, beer, lawn games, music, and maybe a little dancing. There won't be a formal sit-down dinner or a strict schedule.

What food and drinks will be available?

We're planning casual bites from a caterer we'll announce later. We'll have Fremont beers and cider on tap, some red and white wine, sparkling water, and soft drinks.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Please don't bring outside alcohol. You're welcome to bring specific food or nonalcoholic drinks that you or your children need.

Is the event space accessible?

The private event entrance on Woodland Park Ave N has step-free access through open garage doors, and there's an ADA-accessible restroom.

Where should I park?

Nearby parking is limited, so we suggest transit or rideshare when possible. There are two paid lots along N 34th St. See our travel page for details and an entrance map.

What if I can't make the trip?

We completely understand! We know travel is a big undertaking, and we don't want anyone to feel pressured. We'll be happy to celebrate with you if you're able to join us.

What should I wear?

We're keeping things casual. Specific dress guidance is still to come.

Can I bring a plus-one or children?

Please refer to your invitation. We'll share more information when RSVPs open.
